NEW! Individuals seeking the QWE Assessment and Planning Tool Spreadsheet on the Institute’s web-page will find a slightly modified version. Included in the revised document is an updated Scoring Scale. In addition to making the wording more consistent, a score of “1” and a score of “n/a” are now broken into two options (they were lumped together before).
